Industry Technical Competencies required:Extensive expertise in: 
Process Safety Management (PSM) frameworks (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119, CCPS RBPS)
 
Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment methodologies: 
HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, Bowtie, QRA
 
Consequence analysis and risk modeling: 
Vapor cloud explosion, dispersion, fire radiation (e.g., PHAST/Safeti knowledge)
 
Functional Safety & Instrumented Protection Systems: 
IEC 61508 / IEC 61511 lifecycle
 
Fire & Explosion Engineering: 
Passive/Active Fire Protection (PFP/AFP), FERA, EERA
 Loss Prevention philosophy and design safety principles
