   Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements; provide oversight, documentation, and enforcement across all Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations.

   Provide daily oversight of multi-site TAS operations, including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities to ensure all PWS performance objectives are consistently met.
