 Our Client is a well-established banking institution in Bahrain seeking a skilled Senior DocuSign Developer to lead the implementation and integration of DocuSign solutions across their digital banking operations. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in document workflow automation within a regulated financial services environment.

  Key Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 Design, develop, and implement DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions aligned to banking workflows and business requirements.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Integrate DocuSign APIs with core banking systems, CRM platforms, and third-party applications.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Configure and customise DocuSign templates, workflows, and automated routing processes.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and compliance stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational standards.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation of DocuSign integrations.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Maintain technical documentation for all DocuSign configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Provide technical support and training to internal teams on DocuSign platform usage.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Ensure all digital document workflows comply with banking regulations and data security standards.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <strong>
  Required Experience &amp; Skills
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 3 to 5 years of hands-on DocuSign development and API integration experience.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Banking or financial services background is mandatory.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Proficient in DocuSign eSignature, CLM, and REST APIs.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Solid knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript for integrations.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Familiar with banking compliance, data privacy, and security frameworks.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Must be available to work onsite in Bahrain with valid work authorisation.
 <br/>
