</div><div>We are hiring a part-time <b>AP Calculus Tutor</b> to deliver exceptional 1-on-1 in-home tutoring in <b>Washington, DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia</b>. Sessions are scheduled after school (weekdays, 4-10 PM) and on weekends, providing flexible hours to fit your schedule.<br>
</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Deliver 90-minute private, in-home tutoring sessions for AP Calculus AB and/or BC</li>
<li>Create customized lesson plans to address individual student needs and learning goals.</li>
<li>Maintain consistent, positive communication with parents and students to build trust and rapport.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Top Score team to track student progress and refine tutoring strategies.</li>
<li>Provide academic guidance to build students&rsquo; confidence and support their success on AP Calculus exams.</li>
</ul><div><b>Ideal Candidate</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Proven experience teaching or tutoring <b>both AP Calculus courses</b> (AP Calculus AB and AP Calculus BC)</li>
<li>Current or former high school teachers or graduate students pursuing a Master&rsquo;s/Ph.D. in Math are strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Additional expertise in tutoring high school STEM subjects is a plus.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications in education/Math fields preferred.</li>
<li>Passionate about building positive, supportive relationships with students and families.</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management and process adherence.</li>
<li>Excellent communicator, responsive, and committed to collaborative teamwork.</li>
