In this role, you will assist the Finance Department with documentation, communication, filing systems, and day-to-day office coordination while upholding Four Seasons&rsquo; standards of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
What you will do:
<ul><li>Provide administrative and secretarial support, including managing correspondence, organizing documents, preparing files, and maintaining accurate records for the Director of Finance.
</li><li>Handle incoming calls, determine required actions, and direct inquiries appropriately.
</li><li>Establish, maintain, and update filing systems for contracts, leases, agreements, policy manuals, and tax guides.
