</b></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Architect &amp; Integrator to design, implement, and manage robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure solutions. This role requires a versatile professional who can bridge the gap between architecture and operations, leveraging a strong background in virtualization, DevOps practices, and system integration to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency across the organization.

</b></p><ul><li><p>Design and Implementation: Architect and implement enterprise-level IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
</p></li><li><p>Virtualization Management: Install, configure, and manage virtualization environments, specifically using VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, etc.), to optimize resource utilization and support high availability and disaster recovery solutions.

</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications and Skills
</b></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience of minimum 3 years as an IT Architect, Solutions Architect, or Senior Systems/DevOps Engineer in complex environments.
</p></li><li><p>Deep, hands-on knowledge of virtualization platforms.
</p></li><li><p>Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools ( Terraform , Ansible , Packer ).
</p></li><li><p>Strong experience with container orchestration platforms ( Kubernetes and Docker).
</p></li><li><p>Extensive experience with Linux administration and shell environments.
</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Bash scripting and strong development skills in Python are highly valued.
</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security.
</p></li><li><p>Experience with third-party system integration, monitoring tools (like SNMP), and API management.
