The position is in the areas of robotics and autonomous systems, with preference given to candidates with expertise in emerging technologies with novel theoretical developments and practical applications, such as industrial robotics; control, autonomous systems; intelligent robotics for exploration, manufacturing, and construction; advanced sensor and actuation technologies; mechatronics and human-machine interaction and applications of artificial intelligence to robotics and autonomous systems. The official title for this position is Research Assistant Professor, with the working title of Engineering Assistant Professor.  Reporting to the Department Head, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of a broad range of courses in Medical Radiography within the College of Health Sciences.
