Butchery &amp; Operational Understanding

 Who You Are

 Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 0-5 years work experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply
 </li>
 <li>
 Education sector orientation (teaching, tutoring, NGO work) preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic troubleshooting of devices, connectivity, and platform access issues with ability to interpret learning data and dashboards
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Google Workspace; Excel/Google Sheets skills preferred; familiarity with Khan Academy or online learning platforms is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong orientation toward technology and willingness to learn new digital tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong commitment to educational equity and belief that every student can succeed with the right support
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build effective relationships with principals, teachers, and students in diverse school environments

 Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts simply in Urdu and English
