   Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences or Engineering, preferably with a Master&rsquo;s Degree,

   10 + years of experience in internal auditing, 3 + years of experience in team management,

   Proficiency in Financial Modelling and Analysis Tools,
  </li>
  <li>
   Preferably, 3 + years of Big Four experience with work done in process creation or experience in internal audit/control departments of companies in the reel sector,
  </li>
  <li>
   Competent in IFRS reporting; preferably with CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA, CRMA and/or SMMM certificates,
  </li>
  <li>
   Hands-on experience in data analytics tools and techniques (e.g., ACL/Galvanize, IDEA, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, SAP Analytics, etc.) and ability to translate business risks into analytics tests and monitoring dashboards,
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in Continuous Auditing / Continuous Monitoring programs is a strong advantage,
  </li>
  <li>
   Expertise in Financial and Operational audits/control with sufficient experience and excellent knowledge in managing reports on balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements,

  <li>
   Experience in Tax and Commercial Law, Audit and other Financial Legislations, General Accounting and Cost Accounting Legislation and practices with drive to stay up to date on current changes regarding these fields,

   Knowledge and experience in process set up, development and management,

   Ability to analyze and solve problems with an analytical mindset,
