CIVIL AUTOCAD DRAUGHTSMAN
The hired personnel should be capable of producing high quality Civil &amp; steel structural drawings in AutoCAD following QAFCO Standard, Specifications and instructions from QAFCO Engineers. He should be capable of producing drawings as per site requirements or idea given by Engineers.<ul><li>General arrangement drawing to be made in AutoCAD.</li><li>To upgrade/produce engineering drawings and reports as per the specific trade efficiently and according to Company procedures, instructions and specifications and as advised by Company engineers.</li><li>Prepare/modify drawings on AUTOCAD by referring to the existing drawings, taking instructions from the engineer or by taking site measurements.</li><li>Update or prepare underground services drawings in different layers of services.</li><li>Assist coordinators / members in maintaining Project files, common files, catalogues etc. whenever required in preparation of Project binders at various stages of projects including close-outs.</li><li>Assist if required during site execution jobs.</li><li>To register, upload, search and retrieve drawings from Qafco Technical Document Management system (QTDMS) as well as from hard copy drawing archive.</li><li>Work with SAP after in house training.</li><li>Create work orders, work permits, issuance of warehouse materials, reservations and pick slips.</li><li>Obtain unit nos. for new equipment and assign document IDs for various drawings/documents.</li><li>To assist for preparation Heavy load on ground form by retrieving the appropriate drawings/documents from the system.</li><li>Retrieve underground services drawings for excavation approval forms and provide markups.</li><li>To familiarize and comply with all Qafco Management system procedures related to Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Energy and product stewardship.</li></ul>
