Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Analyze existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and define process improvement and automation opportunities</li><li>
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for operational workflows</li><li>
Apply process improvement methodologies to simplify, standardize, and optimize operational activities</li><li>
Develop supporting automation and integration solutions using VBA and Java where required</li><li>
Utilize AI and intelligent automation approaches (e.g., decision support, data analysis, classification) within operational processes</li><li>
Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot existing Power Automate flows and ensure their stability and performance</li><li>
Work closely with Operations teams to translate business needs into technical automation solutions</li><li>
Prepare documentation for automated processes and provide training and ongoing support to end users</li><li>
Stay up to date with new features and capabilities of Microsoft Power Automate and related Microsoft technologies, and assess their applicability to Operations</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Econometrics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>
Experience in operational processes and process improvement initiatives</li><li>
Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps</li><li>
Strong VBA skills with experience in operational automation</li><li>
Java knowledge, preferably for integrations or background automation solutions</li><li>
Knowledge of or experience with AI and intelligent automation solutions</li><li>
Strong understanding of workflow design and business process automation</li><li>
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with Operations teams</li><li>

That means documentation is a critical part of how we deliver value, and we need someone who can own it end to end. This is our first ever <b>Product Documentation Engineer </b>hire so we want someone to come in and take ownership for how Binalyze shares knowledge with customers, partners, and internal teams, and the decisions you make here will have a significant impact.</p><p>
You'll engineer and maintain the documentation infrastructure, build automation tooling, integrate AI into content workflows, and embed documentation into the engineering lifecycle so it moves at the pace of the product.
