 Overview Of The Role
 
 
 
 We are currently looking for a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our GAC Motor team in Qatar. The role is responsible for supporting the sales objectives of the business by achieving monthly sales targets, delivering an excellent customer experience, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction through strong product knowledge, consultative selling, and professional follow-up.
 
 
 
 What You Will Do

 Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while following company sales policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver a high-quality customer experience by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable GAC models, and supporting customers throughout the sales journey.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure strong follow-up with walk-in customers and maintain accurate customer and lead information in C4C or relevant CRM systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote test drives, explain vehicle features and specifications, and support customers with clear product information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Showroom Manager to maximize sales opportunities across finance, insurance, accessories, service packages, tinting, and paint protection.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle cash and credit customer processes in line with company guidelines and ensure all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve customer concerns professionally and take action to improve customer satisfaction, operational ease, and repeat business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with company SOPs, showroom standards, and reporting requirements while maintaining a professional and ethical approach.
