The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level individual contributor responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs, with a strong focus on hands-on development and modern DevOps processes. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis, programming activities, and advanced engineering practices.
Responsibilities:
Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. 
Resolve a variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. 
Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. 
Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. 
Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. 
Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions. 
Lead the adoption and implementation of robust DevOps practices, including the design and management of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Tekton and Harness. 
Drive automated testing strategies, encompassing functional, non-functional, and chaos engineering principles, to ensure application resilience, reliability, and security. 
Provide technical leadership in Java development, cloud-native deployments on Openshift, and other relevant cloud technologies. 
Apply deep understanding of payments processing domain to guide technical decisions and solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. 
Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. 
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
6+ years of relevant experience in application development with a strong focus on hands-on development and modern DevOps practices. 
5+ years extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications using Java. 
5+ years experience with cloud platforms, specifically Openshift, and containerization technologies. 
5+ years hands-on experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, Tekton, and Harness.
Must have solid hands on experience with Backend development and must have Java, Mongo, APIs, Springboot, Kubernetes 
proven experience as Senior Developer and Technical Lead 
Strong expertise in automated testing frameworks for functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, security, and resilience testing (e.g., Chaos Engineering). 
Familiarity with the payments processing domain and industry standards is a significant plus. 
Demonstrated ability to function as a senior individual contributor, providing technical leadership and mentoring. 
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.

This is an individual contributor role that offers significant ownership, exposure, and opportunities to influence firmwide planning processes.
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Own and build relationships with P&amp;A clients as a trusted partner that understands their processes and pain-points.</li><li>
Document client use-cases and translate them into clear, written Anaplan model and UX specifications.</li><li>
Partner with Product Development to refine requirements, clarify edge cases, and align on release plans.</li><li>
Project manage solution implementations and feature updates, coordinating timelines and stakeholders.</li><li>
Maintain feed development efforts, maintain and prioritize backlogs of features and bug fixes in JIRA and the JPMC Feature Request Tool.</li><li>
Create intelligent test plans, execute functional testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing of Anaplan model and UX updates.</li><li>
Document test outcomes and traceability to requirements to ensure quality and compliance with acceptance criteria.</li><li>
Train P&amp;A users on new products and features, sharing tips and best practices to drive adoption and proficiency.</li><li>
Support clients in implementing Anaplan solutions into business processes, including process re-engineering and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Troubleshoot data, logic, and UX issues; triage and escalate with Product Development teams as needed.</li><li>
Maintain solution documentation, playbooks, user guides, and videos; contribute to change management presentations, demos, and other communications.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:<ul><li>
6 plus years of relevant experience with a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, finance, or data science; or 4 years with a master&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>
Excellent in-person, virtual, chat, email, and presentation communication skills with individuals and groups, adapting style to audience.</li><li>
Understanding of standard financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes across varied organizations.</li><li>
Strong relationship-building skills with P&amp;A professionals; ability to understand and speak their language.</li><li>
Foundational project management skills: planning, scheduling, risk, resource and stakeholder management, performance monitoring.</li><li>
Ability to translate business use cases into clear, testable technical requirements for technology products.</li><li>
Test planning and execution skills to validate that tools implement specified calculations correctly.</li><li>
Ability to perform standard calculations and manipulations used in P&amp;A budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>
Experience using the Anaplan platform as an end-user.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:<ul><li>
3 plus years experience in Planning &amp; Analysis.</li><li>
3 plus years in technology product management and/or business analyst type roles.</li><li>
3 plus years using data wrangling tools such as Alteryx or SQL for reconciliations and validations.</li><li>
Anaplan Level 1 Model Builder certification or higher and/or hands-on experience building Anaplan models.</li><li>
Strong skills with Atlassian JIRA, including building customized in-tool reporting.</li><li>
Knowledge of and experience with Agile development.</li></ul>

Senior .NET Developer with a strong PowerShell scripting background to support and enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, automating, and integrating IAM workflows, identity lifecycle processes, and access controls across enterprise systems.
Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications and services supporting IAM platforms
Develop and optimize PowerShell scripts for:
User provisioning and de-provisioning
Access management and role assignments

Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement IAM controls
