We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Pastry Chef to lead cake development, recipe innovation, and product excellence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop innovative, high-quality cake recipes tailored for caf&eacute;s and coffee shop chains.</li><li>Create new products and continuously improve existing recipes to meet market trends and customer demands.</li><li>Ensure consistency, taste, texture, appearance, and shelf-life of all products.</li><li>Conduct product testing, costing, and quality evaluations before launch.</li><li>Optimize recipes for large-scale production while maintaining premium quality.</li><li>Research industry trends and introduce creative concepts that differentiate our products in the market.</li><li>Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure efficient execution of recipes.</li><li>Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.</li><li>Train and guide production staff on new products and techniques.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Cake Specialist, or Product Development Chef.</li><li>Strong expertise in modern cakes, caf&eacute; desserts, loaf cakes, cheesecakes, mousse cakes, and individual dessert portions.</li><li>Exceptional recipe development and product innovation skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of large-scale bakery and dessert production.</li><li>Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability and production efficiency.</li><li>Knowledge of ingredient functionality, shelf-life improvement, and food cost management.</li><li>Passion for excellence, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding products.</li></ul>What We Are Looking ForA talented and ambitious pastry professional who can create signature cake products, elevate our dessert range, and help establish our company as the preferred dessert supplier for caf&eacute;s and coffee shops.If you are passionate about innovation, quality, and creating exceptional desserts, we would love to hear from you.Work Location: In person
