 &bull; Consolidate and translate LATAM market needs into HQ processes and systems,
 
 
 &bull; Ensure alignment between HQ functions (Trade Marketing, Category, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Export) and LATAM realities,
 
 
 &bull; Represent LATAM as a single, structured voice in HQ decision-making processes.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Product &amp; Launch Management
 
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate new product launches in line with LATAM market dynamics,
 
 
 &bull; Ensure all launch materials (samples, visuals, claims, pricing) are ready and aligned,
 
 
 &bull; Manage assortment planning, product lifecycle, and delisting processes,
 
 
 &bull; Adapt product strategies to LATAM constraints such as long lead times and fixed assortments.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Operational &amp; Marketing Coordination
 
 
 
 &bull; Validate logistics timelines and operational readiness before launch execution,
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Communication, and Spain LATAM teams to align campaigns and activations,

 Trade Marketing &amp; Performance Tracking
 
 
 
 &bull; Ensure timely and accurate delivery of POS materials, testers, and launch kits,
 
 
 &bull; Track monthly performance through LATAM dashboards (sales, distribution, competition),
 
 
 &bull; Identify improvement areas through KPI analysis and propose actionable solutions,
