 at our facility, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living tasks including eating, getting out of bed, and getting bathed and dressed.  Duties And Responsibilities To Include
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensures the well-being and protection of every resident through the delivery of high-quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Promotes and supports a positive work environment focused on team building and
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains confidentiality of all pertinent personal or health information concerning residents and
 </li>
 <li>
 Answers pendant system/call lights promptly to assist with residents'
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists with daily living activities that may include, but are not limited to, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, walking, bending, kneeling, transporting, recording vital signs, and providing psycho-social support and other personal cares.
 </li>
 <li>
 Documents the outcomes related to resident care, medication administration, behavior, activity, and
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicates changing health conditions, medication follow-up, and care related concerns/responses to nursing leadership team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepares dining room for meals, serves meals, and cleans up dining room after
 </li>
 <li>
 Completes light housekeeping duties as
 </li>
 <li>
 Adheres to OSHA and CDC guidelines for infection control
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications:
 
 Candidates must be dependable, have a contagiously positive attitude, and be a team player with a passion for working with seniors and/or caring for others.
 
 
 There is room for advancement, and for the right candidate, we will provide training to become a Medication Aide.
 
 
 
 Shift Differential Pay

 At Home Caregiver Primary Responsibilities

 Assist the client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as specified in the client&rsquo;s plan of care created during in-take. Those activities may include but are not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, other personal hygiene, toileting, transferring, eating and continence care.

 Assist with medication assistance, housekeeping services, laundry, meal preparation, feeding, shopping, transportation to and from appointments and companionship.

 Other household tasks as specified in the client&rsquo;s plan of care

 To report daily activity to your supervisor through the agency management system and daily activity logs. Other communication avenues when available and as needed, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, agency app, face to face, etc.
