Position Summary: 
The Service Manager is a member of the Property Management team and is primarily responsible for effective and efficient management of all open service jobs and preventative maintenance for our occupied homes. This position provides leadership and daily management over an assigned area and team responsible for single-family rental homes and the residents who occupy them. Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Demonstrate a working knowledge of lease documents and resident rules and regulations</li><li>
Manage Service jobs to provide outstanding customer service and timely resolution to resident requests on occupied homes</li><li>
Monitor and manages response times, resident satisfaction and the overall productivity and efficiency within their portfolio</li><li>
Review schedules and approves third party vendors, vendor pricing, resident charge backs and invoices for completed work</li><li>

As assigned, completes the necessary paperwork for newly qualified Progress Choice Homes; performs related duties and responsibilities required and as assigned for these programs.</li><li>
Be knowledgeable of local HUD program rules and changes to ensure compliance in conjunction with the Progress centralized Housing Choices and Rental Regulations department.</li><li>

<div>The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner evaluates and treats patients for pain related to spine conditions and sports injuries under the direction of the interventional pain management physician. No narcotic pain management is involved. This position supports Dr. Ron Chatterjee, who is part of the medical team for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and works with a broad range of orthopaedic and sports medicine cases. 

This position is subject to PTO blackout the last ten (10) business days of December each year. 


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Evaluates patients with spine or sports injury pain under the supervision of the attending orthopedic interventional pain management physician.</li>
<li>Gathers patient history and performs physical exams for interventional pain management patients.</li>
<li>Reviews charts, diagnostic studies, procedures, and consultations commonly required in the assessment of orthopedic interventional pain management patients including but not limited to: Pain and functional assessments and interpreting radiology studies including X-Rays, MRIs, and CT scans of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Formulates treatment plans to help patients alleviate pain and maintain functional independence.</li>
<li>Communicates effectively with Physician and clinical staff regarding patient management.</li>
<li>Orders appropriate non-narcotic medications, imaging, therapy, and orders for pain management and related treatments.</li>
<li>Refers patients as needed to appropriate settings such as hospital emergency rooms and other outpatient practices. In the event consultation with protocol physician is needed, telephone contact may be made.</li>
<li>Opportunity exists for performing joint and trigger point injections.</li>

Administrative Items:
