 Customer Service &amp; Programs Specialist
 
 to assist our users with their questions and inquiries about our training programs, enrollment process, and payments. The role involves communicating with users primarily via
 
 WhatsApp and email
 
 and using our internal systems and reports to investigate issues and provide accurate, timely support. The role also includes
 
 program operations support
 
 , including enrollment tracking, sending invitations and live-session links, monitoring trainee attendance and content completion.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Check the number of enrolments regularly for each program, prepare lists and follow-up sheets
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on the trainees joining the program and ensure that invitations are sent to all trainees before the beginning of each program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create WhatsApp groups for each launch and follow up on both WhatsApp and Telegram groups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Send reminders to trainees for live sessions and send links
 </li>
 <li>
 Start the sessions and ensure that the trainers and trainees enter.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with the trainees and follow up on their entry to the live sessions
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support and respond to trainees' inquiries in groups and ensure that they reach and have all the necessary resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on the trainees' completion of the content and send reminders before the end of the course. Updating follow-up lists after meetings, before and after the end of the session.
 </li>
 <li>
 Send messages to those who passed and those who did not pass and the reasons for not passing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing lists of passed and failed trainees for each program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organizing follow-up files for programs on the drive.

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

 Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
 </li>

 Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
