Position Overview</h4>
The Accounting Analyst position is based in ExED&rsquo;s Los Angeles home office, which comprises over 70 team members working with charter schools to ensure their success. The position offers a detail-oriented, highly organized professional opportunity to apply accounting knowledge in a unique way&mdash;by helping charter schools efficiently allocate and manage their public dollars.

The Accounting Analyst will work in a collaborative, team-based environment with an Accounting Associate, Accounting Manager, and Vice President of School Finance, who oversees the operations of the entire team. The Accounting Analyst&rsquo;s primary responsibility will be Accounts Payable.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you may be called upon for various assignments to prospective, new, and existing accounts throughout the country. This position requires 100% travel. As a support resource, the Project Manager may be assigned to plan and execute start-ups of new business; audit and/or re-engineer existing accounts; perform other operations, program development, teaching, research, or troubleshooting assignments.

The primary job responsibility is to assist in the management of an assigned hospital Environmental Services Department under the direction and guidance of the Environmental Services Department Director. Specific responsibilities include work scheduling of all department personnel, establishing and enforcing work standards in conjunction with the Department Director, monitoring overall inventory/equipment usage, troubleshooting/problem solving, orientation/training of Department Staff, customer relations, and special project work as requested. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
