What Will You Do?

 The Executive Assistant will provide high-level strategic and operational support to the Senior Vice President, managing complex calendars, coordinating executive-level meetings, and serving as a trusted liaison between the SVP and key stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for outbound sales and marketing engagements in a virtual pharmaceutical environment. Customers include but are not limited to primary care physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel. You will:<ul><li>
Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned primary care targets and prospective customers to deliver proficient sales presentations</li><li>
Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets</li><li>
Understand and utilize the telephony system to record appropriate information in CRM in accordance with customer business rules and training</li><li>
Utilize all marketing and selling materials and clinical data designed for a respective audience</li><li>
Effectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies</li></ul>
Essential Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>
2+ years&rsquo; pharmaceutical sales experience</li><li>
Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines</li></ul>
Desired Requirements:<ul><li>
1+ years&rsquo; virtual/inside sales experience</li><li>
1+ years&rsquo; specialty pharmaceutical sales experience (Derm/Rheum)</li><li>
Self-motivation with strong performance orientation; expert virtual selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building success via e-promotion</li></ul>
