Position Summary
 The Client Solutions Representative at CMA CGM acts as the frontline advocate for our clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. The position will leverage understanding of international trade, import/export regulations, and supply chain processes to provide top-tier support and solutions.
 
The position is crucial for expediting all customer needs, whether complex or simple, to prevent service failures and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include analyzing information across various system platforms in a business-to-business contact center environment, including both written and on phone communication, in order to address client inquiries and drive issue resolution.
 
We are seeking professionals who are passionate about customer service, possess exceptional communication skills, and have the ability to generate innovative solutions to problems.

Functions & Duties

<li>Answer incoming calls and customer service emails within the allotted KPIs ensuring customers receive tier 1 level customer service; cultivating a strong rapport with customer base by personalizing each call. Provide notices or other information to customers as applicable.</li>
<li>Provide updates on shipments using relevant rail and terminal websites to provide accurate information to our customers.</li>
<li>Liaison between external and internal customers for issue resolution, expediting all customer issues with high sense of urgency and reduce service failures. Ensure communication is clear and detailed to limit delays or misunderstanding amongst parties.</li>
<li>Update tracking reports, assist in problem resolution including damaged cargo, lost containers, etc. Run monthly reports including MQC, aging, dwell, etc.</li>
<li>In the event of service failures conduct a root cause analysis to find out what caused the customer's problem and coordinate a prompt recovery response by working with the customer and internal CMA CGM associates.</li>

Requirements

In this role, you will provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy services to diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will help individuals navigate mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values innovation, compassion, and professional development.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding systems to accurately identify client needs.</li><li>Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and art or dance therapy when appropriate.</li><li>Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute mental health episodes effectively, ensuring client safety and stabilization.</li><li>Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote counseling services while maintaining HIPAA compliance and secure medical documentation practices.</li><li>Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals, incorporating case management and progress tracking through detailed medical records.</li><li>Engage in clinical research and data collection efforts to improve service quality and contribute to evidence-based practices within behavioral health.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, medical professionals, educators, and families to coordinate comprehensive care for clients with disabilities or special needs such as autism or developmental disabilities.</li></ul>&lt;Requirements&gt;<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.</li><li>Valid licensure or certification as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or equivalent state credential.</li><li>Proven experience in outpatient mental health settings with children, adolescents, or adults; clinic experience preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychopharmacology basics, trauma-informed care for PTSD, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and gender issues counseling.</li><li>Familiarity with ICD-10/ICD-9 coding systems for diagnostic evaluation and medical record documentation.</li><li>Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct intake assessments and deliver patient-centered care via telehealth or in-person settings.</li><li>Ability to manage crisis situations effectively while demonstrating strong crisis management and behavior management skills.</li><li>Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology relevant to behavioral health documentation is essential.
