Soft Services &ndash; Housekeeping &amp; Cleaning Contracts<ul><li>Drive sales for Housekeeping, Cleaning, and Specialized Cleaning Services.</li><li>Target residential compounds, commercial buildings, malls, offices, hotels, hospitals, andindustrial facilities.</li><li>Secure long-term and large-scale cleaning contracts with SLAs and KPIs.</li><li>Work closely with operations to ensure service feasibility and smooth mobilization post award.</li></ul>4. Client Relationship &amp; Networking<ul><li>Maintain strong professional relationships with:</li><li>Property owners and landlords</li><li>Real estate developers</li><li>Facility managers</li><li>Consultants</li><li>Government and semi-government entities</li><li>Represent the company in meetings, presentations, industry events, and networking forums in Qatar.</li><li>Strengthen the company&rsquo;s brand presence through professional engagement and relationship management.</li></ul>5. Tendering, Proposals &amp; Negotiation<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.</li><li>Prepare, submit, and follow up on RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.</li><li>Coordinate internally for costing, manpower planning, and technical inputs.</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contract conditions to ensure profitability</li></ul>6.
