<ul><li>Oversee onshore construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
</li><li>Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, and ensure that they are regularly updated and communicated to all stakeholders
</li><li>Coordinate all construction activities with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards
</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues that may impact the project schedule, budget, or quality
</li><li>Ensure that all construction work conforms to all applicable regulations, standards, and quality requirements

</li><li>Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
</li><li>Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and technologies, and the ability to apply them effectively to onshore construction projects
