Construction Managers are responsible for construction of new Fulfillment Centers (FCs), Sortation Centers(SCs), Delivery Stations ( DSs), and auxiliary buildings that support those facilities as well as renovations &amp; tenant improvements at existing buildings.
 
 
 Construction Managers will also handle the implementation of the facility network infrastructure; including The construction projects include new builds, retrofits, and expansions. Construction Managers are required to perform detailed deep dive reviews of job budgets and programs to identify and resolve any discrepancies, including information in contractor bid packages. Construction Managers will partner with internal customers and external stakeholders such as consultants and contractors to earn their trust and engage as a team to deliver the project in the most efficient manner. The Construction Manager will serve as Amazon's representative and direct point of interface with Developers and General Contractors, as well as the primary integrator between construction and other Amazon stakeholders responsible for equipping, furnishing, and operating our FCs.  Key job responsibilities

 Manage the procurement of MEP materials and equipment in collaboration with the procurement team.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>

 Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical and electrical systems.&nbsp;

 <li>
 Identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain progress, quality, and cost control.&nbsp;

 Participate in project meetings, liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management, and provide technical updates.&nbsp;

 Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge &amp; Skills

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on large-scale projects.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) and electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, low-current, etc.).&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Familiarity with relevant international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, IPC, NEC, IEC).&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficient in project planning and management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and design software (AutoCAD, Revit preferred).&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 PMP certification or equivalent professional credentials is an advantage.&nbsp;
