 Responsible for site methodology and execution.

 Responsible for the project&rsquo;s financial result.

 Trigger invoice and collection process on time.

 Responsible for Project Start Up meeting and Supply Line interface.

 Leadership / People management

 Plans manpower for the project (headcount and the right competence level)

 Preparation, organization, and retention of contract related documents as per company quality requirement

 Identifying and facilitating project related change management activities

 Leads the multifunctional project team and manages performance
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 6 years&rsquo; experience with excellent technical knowledge in the elevator industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation and persuading skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Project Management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem solving and conflict management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership and management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
