Main responsibilities :

<li>Develop and recommend sustainable, climate-resilient soil management practices and fertilizer use methodologies tailored to local conditions and crop requirements</li>

<li>Promote Integrated Soil Fertility Management (ISFM), combining fertilizers with bio/organic amendments (compost, manure, biofertilizers) and improved germplasm.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing and conducting workshops, seminars, and field demonstrations for farmers and extension agents on best management practices for soil fertility and health, water conservation, soil testing, and balanced fertilization.</li>

 PROJECT BACKGROUND
 
 
 The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is an international intergovernmental organization founded to support and promote a model of economic growth known as "green growth", which targets key aspects of economic performance such as poverty reduction, job creation, social inclusion, and environmental sustainability. GGGI works with countries around the world, building their capacity and working collaboratively on green growth policies that can impact the lives of millions. The organization partners with countries, multilateral institutions, government bodies, private sector, and NGOs to help develop growing economies that are more efficient and sustainable in the use of natural resources, less carbon intensive, and more resilient to climate change. Pakistan became a member of GGGI in 2021, and the Ministry of Environmental Coordination and Climate Change (MoCC&amp;EC) has signed the GGGI Pakistan Country Program Framework 2024-2028 in November 2024 at Baku. The Host Country Agreement (HCA) is expected to be signed in Q1 2026.
 
 
 The GGGI has been working on various projects and initiatives including the LT-LEDS (Long Term- Low Emission Development Strategy) project in collaboration with GIZ. The Paris Agreement invites countries o to produce a LT-LEDS in to provide a roadmap for decarbonization in the long-term, and to support the development of their sub-sequent Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs).
 
 
 The overall aim of the LT-LEDS will be to enhance the Government&rsquo;s ability to plan for decarbonization of its economy in the long-term by providing a framework and a pathway for a progressive revision and enhancement of targets under its NDC to reduce CO2 emissions to 2035 and beyond. The LT-LEDS document will also indicate the best options to decarbonize different sectors while supporting economic and social development targets, job creation and prosperity in Pakistan. The process entails data collection, modelling, identification and prioritization of most cost-efficient and advantageous decarbonization options in key emitting sectors, and the establishment of an LT-LEDS investment plan for Pakistan. The preparation of the LT-LEDS will be done through a participatory process involving key stakeholder groups at federal and provincial levels.

 Requirements

 Minimum 15-20 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity consulting, enterprise security architecture, infrastructure security assessments, and regulatory compliance advisory, with proven capability in mentoring and guiding consulting teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of leading complex, multi-domain cybersecurity engagements across corporate and cloud environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure security, including systems, network architecture, cloud environments, endpoint security, and governance controls
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience in identity governance, privileged access management, data protection controls, vulnerability management oversight, and security architecture evaluation
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience conducting compliance-driven and risk-based assessments aligned with national and international regulatory frameworks and standards, including NCA, SAMA, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS, and related cybersecurity control frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of risk-based control evaluation methodologies and enterprise security maturity assessments
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to mentor and develop consulting teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related discipline
