 We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our team on-site in Islamabad. This is a contract position requiring availability for either the AM shift (7:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM) or the PM shift (1:00 PM &ndash; 10:00 PM).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Handle customer requests and inquiries via live chat, calls, and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, taking ownership from identification to resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system for record-keeping and analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide customers with detailed information about Swapp&rsquo;s services, subscription plans, and vehicle options.
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 1 year of experience in live chat interaction within a customer support role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Availability for either the AM shift (7 AM - 4 PM) or the PM shift (1 PM - 10 PM).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Freshdesk or Zendesk is a major plus.
 </li>
