Position Summary
 Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Content Creator leads content strategy and production on behalf of Proliance Surgeons.
 This role is responsible for developing, producing, and managing high-quality, engaging digital content across social media, website platforms, and other digital channels to support patient acquisition, referral growth, service line visibility, and brand awareness.
 The Content Creator will oversee content development with a strong focus on Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and must be comfortable creating and editing surgically graphic content in a professional, compliant, and educational manner. This role combines creative storytelling with technical production skills and digital performance optimization to drive measurable engagement and growth.
 Key Duties and Responsibilities

We're expanding our short-form video presence across TikTok and other platforms, and we're looking for **confident, engaging on-camera hosts** to bring our educational content to life. If you love being on camera, can explain things clearly, and connect naturally with an audience, this role is for you. You'll record short, informative, and relatable videos designed to help learners make smarter education decisions. This is a remote, contract role with flexible scheduling. All work is paid per video.

</div><div><ul><li>Record ~1-minute short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts style) that explain educational tips, walk through practice problems, or provide career information.</li>
<li>Deliver practice problems and/or talking points naturally and authentically (no editing required)</li>
<li>Present with energy, clarity, and personality to keep viewers engaged.</li>
<li>Demonstrate educational concepts using a dry-erase board or written solutions (dry-erase board and printer are required).</li>
</ul>

<div>Required Skills:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of on-camera experience (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or similar).</li>
<li>Clear, confident, and friendly on-screen delivery.</li>
<li>Ability to make educational or informational content feel fast-paced and engaging.</li>
<li>Access to a smartphone or camera, microphone, and good lighting for recording.</li>
<li>Comfort with visual teaching methods, such as writing and solving problems on a dry-erase board or using pen-and-paper demonstrations, with clear and readable handwriting.</li>
</ul>
Bonus points if you have:

<li>Experience creating content for adult or nontraditional learners.</li>
<li>A background in education, advising, or communication.</li>
<li>Familiarity with short-form content pacing, hooks, and trends.</li>
