Position Summary
<br>Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Content Creator leads content strategy and production on behalf of Proliance Surgeons.
<br>This role is responsible for developing, producing, and managing high-quality, engaging digital content across social media, website platforms, and other digital channels to support patient acquisition, referral growth, service line visibility, and brand awareness.
<br>The Content Creator will oversee content development with a strong focus on Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and must be comfortable creating and editing surgically graphic content in a professional, compliant, and educational manner. This role combines creative storytelling with technical production skills and digital performance optimization to drive measurable engagement and growth.

About the Role</p>
<p>
The Community Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and scale a high-quality community experience for thousands of experts across disciplines. You will be responsible for building systems, programs, and rituals that keep experts engaged&mdash;whether they are actively working on projects or waiting to be placed.</p>
<p>
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who is both strategic and execution-oriented: you enjoy building programs from scratch, moderating conversations, identifying emerging leaders, and creating meaningful incentives for participation.</p>
<p>

Key Responsibilities</p>
<p><b>
Community Building</b></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Build and manage mpathic&rsquo;s expert community, creating a welcoming, high-quality environment for discussion and collaboration.</li>
<li>Design and execute engagement programs that keep experts active, learning, and connected across the lifecycle (pre-project, active, and alumni).</li>
<li>Leverage our community platform (Docebo) to design and implement engagement loops, including incentives, recognition systems, and learning pathways.</li>
<li>Track and optimize key community metrics (engagement, retention, referrals, participation).</li>
<li>Continuously experiment with new formats and features to improve community health and activity.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Community Engagement</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Moderate community conversations to ensure they are thoughtful, productive, and aligned with mpathic&rsquo;s values.</li>
<li>Develop content, prompts, and programming (e.g., discussions, AMAs, learning threads) that drive meaningful participation.</li>
<li>Create systems that encourage referrals, peer-to-peer engagement, and organic community growth.</li>
<li>Identify and cultivate a group of expert evangelists to help lead conversations, onboard new members, and strengthen community culture.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with top contributors and surface their insights back to internal teams.</li>
<li>Work with Marketing team to plan in-person events for expert engagement and recruitment.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Operations, Product and Research teams to ensure the community reflects current priorities and opportunities.</li>
<li>Help communicate new projects, opportunities, and updates to the expert network.</li>
<li>Gather feedback from the community to inform product, research, and go-to-market strategies.</li></ul><br>

Requirements</p>
<p><b>
Must Have</b></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in community management, customer engagement, or related roles.</li>
<li>Experience building or managing communities of professionals, experts, or creators.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage thoughtfully with highly specialized audiences.</li>
<li>Experience moderating online communities and fostering positive, high-signal discussions.</li>
<li>Familiarity with community platforms or learning systems.</li>
<li>Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and program management skills.</li>
<li>Interest in AI, behavioral science, and responsible technology.</li>
</ul>

We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced and innovative visual storyteller to join the Starbucks Stories team in the Global Communications organization. This visual storyteller will play an important role in helping Starbucks craft and communicate its story for both external and internal audiences across a broad range of platforms, including social media, about.Starbucks.com, Starbucks partner communications and in-person events. On this incredibly versatile team, you might be filming social videos in a Starbucks coffeehouse one day and boarding a plane to make a short film at Hacienda Alsacia, our coffee farm in Costa Rica, the next.</p><p>
The ideal candidate for this role is a well-rounded storytelling Swiss Army Knife and a curious, idea-rich, highly collaborative creator. You&rsquo;re able to embrace filming a quick-turn video or GIF of a delicious new beverage on your phone as wholeheartedly as you do capturing high-res, slow motion footage of a delicious new beverage or helping plan and film a short documentary with a full crew. You&rsquo;re as fluent in the latest immersive, digital media storytelling innovations as you are in emerging video editing trends on TikTok or what&rsquo;s garnering buzz at the most recent film festivals. You love meeting and connecting with new people, especially Starbucks green apron partners and customers in coffeehouses around the world.</p><p>
The Starbucks Stories team is tenacious and deeply multimedia, and includes photographers, filmmakers, video editors, writers, designers, social media strategists and web content managers. Our team, and this role, demand a team player who can thrive and hustle in a fast-paced environment and find clarity and focus in ambiguity. The person we hire for this role will report to the creative director of the Starbucks Stories team.</p><p><b>
As senior visual storyteller for Starbucks Stories, Global Communications you will:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Shoot, produce and edit innovative visuals in social-forward as well as short- and long-form formats.</p></li><li><p>
Beyond editing, be able to do extensive post-production, including the optimization of photos and videos for the intended channels and platforms.</p></li><li><p>
Be a proficient written communicator, able to write with clarity and conciseness, be it a social caption or a story pitch.</p></li><li><p>
Embody the agility, curiosity, hustle and resourcefulness of a journalist &ndash; a creative thinker with a point of view on stories and the ability to shape them from ideation to execution.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure that production quality and aesthetics are consistent with team and brand standards.</p></li><li><p>
Lead and evangelize evolving film and photo trends, opportunities, equipment and technical innovations.</p></li><li><p>
Learn and practice team best practices for asset management and organization of videos and photos.</p></li><li><p>
Live in the greater Seattle area and work in person at the Seattle Support Center Monday through Thursday each week (unless out on assignment).</p></li><li><p>
Primarily work a Monday-Friday schedule but also flexible to occasionally work on weekends or evenings if that&rsquo;s when a story is happening.</p></li><li><p>
Be able to do some travel, both national and international.</p></li></ul>
<p><b>
We&rsquo;d love to hear from people with:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Five years or more professional experience working full-time in the field of brand storytelling, filmmaking and editing and photography.</p></li><li><p>
Previous experience as a visual creator for a major brand, agency or news organization.</p></li><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a visual medium, visual journalism or equivalent experience.</p></li><li><p>
Deep knowledge of desktop editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects) as well as native social editing tools and apps (Instaghram, TikTok, CapCut) and ability to seamlessly edit videos and photos, including sound and color corrections.</p></li><li><p>
Knowledge in studio lighting and audio, as well as location shoots.</p></li><li><p>
A track record of producing visual storytelling in a variety of settings &ndash; breaking news, international events, brand stories &ndash; including conception, story boarding, scripting, filming, post-production and composition.</p></li><li><p>
Knowledge of current digital media production, equipment and processes, and digital asset management best practices.</p></li><li><p>
Attention to detail, with an ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.</p></li><li><p>
Knowledge of storytelling techniques for all platforms, including social media.</p></li><li><p>
Strong desire to grow and develop, learning additional storytelling platforms.</p></li><li><p>
Able to work successfully independently but also as part of a team.</p></li></ul><p>
