This role owns the unified content strategy and content intelligence framework spanning the web, SEO, and all owned, earned, paid channels aligning narratives, investments, and performance insights to the company priorities. Leads keyword and audience research, content journey mapping, and market and industry analysis to shape scalable content frameworks that drive customer acquisition, sales enablement, and brand authority. Contributes directly to high‑impact content production while establishing the standards and structures that guide content creation across channels.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute integrated marketing communications (IMC) content strategies across owned, earned, and paid media, including web content, SEO, email, digital ads, social media, and traditional marketing materials</li>
<li>Ensures the quality, clarity, and consistency of all content, contributing to writing and editing while maintaining alignment with brand standards, messaging frameworks, and marketing objectives</li>
<li>Leads the strategy, structure, and messaging for conversion- focused landing pages, partnering with marketing automation and web teams to support lead-generation lifecycle marketing goals</li>
<li>Conducts audience, market, and competitive research, including buying behavior analysis, and content performance audits to inform messaging, content themes, and strategic decision making</li>
<li>Scales content production through cross-functional collaboration, working closely with designers, subject‑matter experts, sales, product teams, freelancers, agencies, and AI tools to deliver cohesive high‑quality content at speed</li>

Experience

5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, digital marketing or similar role.

Education

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.

The Front-End Developer supports ongoing enhancements to the company website, ensuring high-quality user experience, strong performance, and internal operational efficiency. This role partners with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver polished, functional digital experiences that align with brand and business needs.

Responsibilities

<li>Implements and maintains website updates, refining layouts, components and responsive interfaces to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience</li>
<li>Develops and updates web pages, templates, and reusable components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks, and page building tools such as Makeswift and Big Commerce B2B Page Builder to maintain site functionality</li>
<li>Assists with integrating APIs, data sources, and system connections to support site functionality, workflow efficiency, and scalable content operations</li>
<li>Troubleshoots and resolves front-end issues, including layout inconsistencies, performance concerns, and cross-browser compatibility, while applying techniques that enhance speed and stability</li>
<li>Ensures that all pages meet accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and responsive design standards, maintaining consistent, high-quality user interaction patterns</li>
