<li> Build and nurture pay-per-click (PPC) ad campaigns via content recommendation engine (CRE) to drive traffic and increase clickthrough rates (CTRs) to content</li>
<li> Analyze media performance via Tableau reporting platform and optimize for performance (output and expense)</li>
<li> Forecast and implement media strategies and budgets</li>
<li> Collaborate with art directors/designers to review client assets and provide creative direction Write copy for paid ads</li>

Required Capabilities:
<ul>
<li> 1-3 years working with paid social ads and media budgets</li>
<li> Experience with ad management platforms; preferably Sprinklr, Meta/Facebook Ads Manager, X/Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Taboola, Outbrain, Google Ads, YouTube Ads</li>
<li> Strong copywriting and editing skills</li>
<li> Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li>
<li> Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and quickly process information</li>
<li> Accountability for performance-based results</li>
