Job Summary
The Clinical Research Coordinator I (CRC I) will work within the MGB AMC Pediatric Neurotherapeutics and Psychopharmacology Clinical and Research Program under the supervision of Program Associate Director/ Director of the Bressler Program for Autism Spectrum Disorder and Medical Director of the Bressler Program for Autism Spectrum Disorder.
 
 
In this presently hybrid role working in research and clinical settings, the coordinator will contribute to a range of research studies focused on understanding, predicting, and diagnosing mental health disorders in children. Projects include investigations into the pharmacological treatment and neuroimaging of autism spectrum disorder, ADHD and related comorbidities.
 
 
The incumbent must be self-motivated, mature, and responsible with excellent organizational, as well as oral and written communication skills. Must have excellent attention to detail and take initiative to solve problems. Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment, juggle and prioritize multiple tasks, feel comfortable working with clinical and non-clinical study populations, and seek assistance when appropriate. Will be expected to communicate with the hospital Institutional Review Board (IRB) in the submission and updating of protocols and continuing reviews of active studies.

JOB SUMMARY
The ABN Fellowship is a training and work-placement program targeting foreign-trained professionals for the finance and healthcare fields. This 3-month fellowship is a direct effort to address the racial and economic barriers that skilled immigrants face in the U.S. labor market. The initiative seeks to place talented, diverse, and multilingual immigrant professionals from different regions of the world in a paid fellowship in a fast-paced work environment with financial, healthcare, or research employers. Through training and a 3-month fellowship, participants will gain the needed work experience to access jobs in their industry and advance their careers following the fellowship.
Nature of the Fellowship
Fellows will receive upskilled training for their respective track and six-week workforce readiness training hosted by ABN.
The ultimate goal of the fellowship is to provide upskilled training and U.S. workplace experience in finance, research, or non-clinical positions in healthcare to enable them to advance their careers after the fellowship. The fellowship will either be in-person or hybrid.

As a Research Assistant reporting to the Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in the Center for AIDS Research Network of Integrated Systems (CNICS). POSITION SUMMARY:
The Harm Reduction Research Assistant Specialist (HRRAS) will assist in participant activities detailed in the study protocol to support a SafeSpot intervention study which aims to develop, implement, and evaluate an intervention to engage overdose survivors to use an overdose prevention hotline and reduce their unwitnessed substance use. The HRRAS will support the multidisciplinary team recruiting and retaining study participants from multiple community-based organizations, collecting study data through a variety of methods (questionnaires, qualitative interviews, focus groups, proof of concept trials), and additional day-to-day study activities.

Ensuring smooth and efficient running of the clinical trial as per good clinical practices (GCP) guidelines, and regulatory requirements, coordinating with the PI, research team, and clinic staff for completing research visits seamlessly.</li>

Recruiting and screening potential participants admitted to the hospital, from post overdose programs, harm reduction organizations, and street outreach and potential participants expressing interest through posted flyers, advertising, social media, and word of mouth, ensuring they meet study eligibility criteria.</li>

Distribute recruitment materials (posters, flyers, and cards) at community-based organizations and clinical sites.</li>

Obtaining informed consent from participants, explaining the study&rsquo;s purpose, risks, and any potential benefits.</li>

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Research Project Manager (RPM) is responsible for providing project management support in service to the overall execution of research initiatives within CH-CRP by all PIs across the program, including meeting necessary quality, and timeline targets, and supporting the development of research operational strategies and workflows in support of achieving program objectives. RPM will focus on establishing/maintaining standard operating procedures, policies to ensure department personnel/investigators are in compliance with research obligations, and applicable policies and regulations; oversee training of research personnel on new or revised SOPs/policies; ensure compliance with reporting to research funders and coordinate with internal and external collaborators. Also contributes to the start-up phase of new clinical trials by coordinating feasibility assessments and site selection processes. The Research Project Manager may be responsible for supervising interns, fellows, and junior research support staff.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management<ul>

Coordinates and facilitates the research project management life cycle, including initiation, development, and implementation of various complex programmatic oversight projects.</li>
<li>Responsible for scoping, coordinating research oversight activities, training research staff to new workflows, and monitoring for compliance/performance.</li>
