Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>

Requirements

Revit experience and skills are paramount

<div>STV is seeking a dynamic Plumbing Designer/Plumbing Engineering Specialist to join our team in the Boston, MA office. The Buildings Division provides design services to both public agencies and private corporations. Current projects include public transit, convention centers, and transportation maintenance facilities; municipal buildings such as public work facilities; and light commercial / retail. Other potential projects include correctional facilities, law enforcement, public health, and both K-12 and higher education buildings.
Key responsibilities will include the preparation of Plumbing designs, calculations, estimates, reports and specifications for building projects. Job Overview: 
 
 
As a Building Superintendent, the primary responsibility includes overall maintenance supervision over all Association buildings to include mechanical and electrical systems, utilities, structure, pavements, masonry, concrete, signage, security, fire prevention, and interior/exterior appurtenances. They will ensure that all support and service is conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of management and the association. This person will make recommendations on repairs, replacement maintenance and implement preventive maintenance as established by Company procedures and guidelines. 
 
 
Skills &amp; Qualifications: 
 
<ul><li> 
Minimum of 5 years of experience in management of maintenance department or facility</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry trades. Must be able to operate tools and equipment related to facility maintenance.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li></ul> 
Highly effective interpersonal skills and experience with managing staff and outside contractors.

Manage service agreements, including, but not limited to: Landscape (common areas and private lots), Elevator, Maintenance, Fire Safety, Pool, Snow removal, Irrigation (common areas and private lots), Exterior maintenance service

Directly responsible for managing all services related to the committees listed below. Including participation in monthly meetings and providing monthly written reports to each committee. Also required to attend the community and condo board meetings on a quarterly basis and other meetings as needed.
