<p>ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>To handle customers enquiries and orders as per company's policy and procedure.</p><p>To prepare and make available master list of all exportable products with their specifications, packing details, CBM, prices given to each customer with country-wise, region-wise grouping.</p><p>In case of new order received, prepare the proforma invoice and check for accuracy and sign accordingly. Make sure that in no circumstances the price of any other export customer details or other information are communicated to any other customer of any unauthorized person in or outside the company.</p><p>Liaise with PPC Executives/Head of warehouse for stock availability and for arranging delivery through the in-charge export delivery person.</p><p>Prepare necessary documents for exports will in time as per delivery schedule and hand these over to the driver with full details of customers and where the goods are to be delivered.</p><p>Inform the customer about delivery of the consignment immediately after loading of truck. In case of short loading that should also be informed int he same.</p><p>To laise wiith clearing agent for obtaining necessary government papers for export.</p><p>To follow-up with customers for new orders, reply to our offer, realization of payment and for differences in quantities received by them.</p><p>To review monthly performance against yearly target set at the beginning of the year at the time of the start of that particular month and also in the mid of the month and ensure the target is attained or over exceeded by the end of the year.    Strong track record owning product P&amp;L or commercial performance

  <li>
   Comfortable operating in complex, fast-moving environments

   Hands-on leadership style with strong cross-functional influence

   Familiarity with regulated environments is useful, but not essential

<p><b>Position: Driver (LMV / Heavy</b> <b>Duty)</b></p><p><b>Job Description</b></p><ul><li>Responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering items to the customers or clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.</li><li>Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicle, equipment, paperwork and loaded product.</li><li>Ensure all delivery loads are stacked, padded, and properly secured.</li><li>Load vehicle / truck with packed orders, sorting and organizing products and materials in way to easily locate the loaded items in the vehicle.</li><li>Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the quantity and charges are correct, and the customer / client is satisfied.</li><li>Deliver all orders, including materials and products to customers / clients in a timely and courteous manner.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handling complaints from customers and clients.</li><li>Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules.</li><li>Check in with customer / client either by phone or text at each designated account to announce arrival and serve as company liaison for the customer / client.</li><li>Ensures all signatures are received in the printed challans and electronic devices when making deliveries.</li><li>Communicates with branch head or store in charge if any issues arise.</li><li>Maintain all the required documents like Istimara (Ownership), Meezan Card (For Trucks only), Insurance copy, Driving License, Iqama, etc.in the vehicle all the time.</li><li>Reply properly and present all the required documents to Government Authorities at the time of inspection.</li><li>Maintain all the trip details in a log book and communicate with branch head and store in charge regarding the trips on daily basis.</li><li>Document and keep records of all driving expenses, such as fuel and tolls, emergency repairs, as well as a report on distances covered.</li><li>Assist in warehouse operations as and when needed.</li><li>Loading and unloading of materials at warehouse / stores and at customer / Client site.</li><li>Abide by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.</li><li>Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.</li><li>Operate equipment and machines, such as lifting machines, forklifts, etc.</li><li>Respect and follow all the traffic laws applicable.</li><li>Follow safety and traffic rules.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>High school degree or equivalent required.</li><li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience of prior commercial driving experience and deliveries.</li><li>Valid UAE Driver&rsquo;s License.</li><li>Motor Vehicle Record must show a record of sustained safe driving with no moving violations in the last 3 years.</li></ul><p><b>Physical requirements include:</b></p><ul><li>Lifting up to heavy weight items using safety techniques.</li><li>Moving about the warehouse and loading dock area majority of the day.</li><li>Exiting and entering vehicles several times per day.</li><li>Must be able to climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in small spaces and various climates.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: From BD180.000 per month</p><p>License/Certification:</p><ul><li>Bahrain Valid UAE driving license (Required)</li></ul>
