<li><b>Drive operational excellence:</b> Track progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain performance and quality.</li>
<li><b>Champion continuous improvement:</b> Identify opportunities to refine processes, enhance efficiency, and promote best practices.</li>
<li><b>Collaborate across teams:</b> Work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and client expectations.</li>
<li><b>Optimise resources:</b> Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilisation and project delivery.</li>

<ul><li>Proven experience managing complex projects in a professional services or technology-driven environment (<b>essential</b>)</li>
<li>Strong operational and delivery-focused mindset (<b>essential</b>)</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills (<b>essential</b>)</li>
<li>Project management certification (APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) (<b>preferred</b>)</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills (<b>essential</b>)</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, MS Project for the Web, and Excel (<b>preferred</b>)<br>
