Role Overview</h3>
As the Public Relations &amp; Customer Support Specialist, you&rsquo;ll represent Calo in Qatar with professionalism and warmth. You&rsquo;ll lead PR initiatives, strengthen B2B relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role combines strategic PR activities (media, events, brand building) with hands-on customer engagement, ensuring that every interaction reflects Calo&rsquo;s standards of excellence.
You&rsquo;ll also manage governmental and business clearances, work closely with internal teams, and play a key role in growing Calo&rsquo;s presence and reputation in the Qatari market.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

Develop and execute PR strategies to strengthen Calo&rsquo;s brand image in Qatar.</li><li>
Manage press releases, media relations, and public events.</li><li>
Proactively engage with customers via calls, meetings, and digital platforms.</li><li>
Ensure flawless bilingual communication (Arabic &amp; English).</li><li>
Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to solve challenges.</li><li>
Support business development through stakeholder relationship management.</li><li>
Handle governmental and business clearances with accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>
Act as the main point of contact for local media and public inquiries.</li><li>

Experience: 2&ndash;4 years in Public Relations and/or Business Development with customer-facing responsibilities.</li><li>
Proven track record in client relationship management and media communication.</li><li>
Skilled in media management, PR, and brand promotion.</li><li>
Strong understanding of B2B engagement and customer experience best practices.</li><li>
Familiarity with business clearance processes in Qatar.</li><li>
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).</li></ul>
