  &bull; Collecting and controlling all the import-export documents including customs and brokers&rsquo; expenses and sending local accounting for weekly payment

  &bull; Following GEKAP process quarterly
 </p>

  &bull; Working and following news and regulations with the global ECC team about embargoed countries and companies
 </p>

  &bull; Follow-up export control and compliance tickets with the colleagues on SAP and Gloria-Mona Tools, preparing quarterly ECC reports to the HQ, following ECC meetings and trainings

  &bull; Responding information demands of PMs/BUs/Corporate Units in respect of import/export &amp; order processing topics giving required support to bid phase of the projects,

  &bull; Supporting Logistics: Creating purchase requisitions &amp; purchase orders in SAP systems, receiving order confirmations, following up orders and change orders and giving meaningful feedback to relevant parties,

Your future role</b></p>
<p>
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You&rsquo;ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.</p>

You&rsquo;ll play a key role in improving end-to-end logistics flows, ensuring alignment with Quality, Cost, Delivery, Environment, and Health &amp; Safety (QCDE) targets. Day-to-day, you&rsquo;ll work closely with teams across the business (Material Planning, Project Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, and Manufacturing), optimize processes in our ERP system, and much more.</p>

You&rsquo;ll specifically take care of supporting material planning and logistics activities, but also contribute to supply chain KPIs and drive value-added improvements across the value chain.</p>
<p>
We&rsquo;ll look to you for:</p>

<li><p>Supporting material planning activities, including delivery follow-up of purchase orders</p>
</li>
<li><p>Arranging transport and customs operations for logistics activities</p>
</li>
<li><p>Contributing to key supply chain KPIs, such as on-time delivery (OTD) and inventory monitoring</p>
</li>
<li><p>Collaborating with central and regional supply chain teams to identify and implement value-added improvements</p>
</li>
<li><p>Designing internal logistics processes and ensuring ERP parameters are accurate</p>
</li>
<li><p>Aligning physical and system flows to improve stock accuracy</p>
</li>
<li><p>Participating in procurement gate reviews and negotiating project supply chain specifications</p>
</li>
<li><p>Reducing logistics costs and optimizing customs and transport operations</p></li><br>
