Job Summary</b></p><p></p><p><br>
The Data and Analytics Director provides strategic leadership and oversight for enterprise data strategy, analytics innovation, and data governance at ICHS, a Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH) Epic Community Technology partner. This role leads the development of an integrated data ecosystem that supports clinical, operational, and financial decision-making across the organization. The Director will drive the creation and optimization of data infrastructure, enterprise data warehouse, ETL, oversees analytics platform modernization, and manages data governance frameworks that ensure data quality, security, and standardization. Role Summary<br>
The Vendor Relations Lead builds and stewards Starbucks&rsquo; managed service provider (MSP) relationships - driving performance, governance, and commercial value across the portfolio. This role establishes enterprise standards for vendor engagement, leads performance and relationship management, partners on contracting and commercial discussions, and advances our portfolio strategy to ensure consistent outcomes, innovation, and cost effectiveness.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><div>
Governance &amp; Frameworks<br>
<ul><li>Design and maintain enterprise governance for MSPs (operating cadence, QBR templates, scorecards, escalation paths, risk/compliance checkpoints).</li><li>Define and continuously improve SLA/KPI standards and performance measurement methodologies.</li><li>Stand up and facilitate the Vendor Management Council and cross‑functional governance routines.</li></ul></div><div>
Vendor Relationship &amp; Performance Management<br>
<ul><li>Own executive‑level relationships with MSP leadership; create joint account plans and action registers.</li><li>Lead performance reviews, corrective action plans, and executive readouts; ensure measurable improvements and transparency.</li><li>Benchmark performance across vendors and lines of service; foster best‑practice sharing.</li></ul></div><div>
Commercial &amp; Contracting Partnership<br>

Qualifications<br>
Required<br>

Minimum Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
