Position Description:
The SKAE JLL Data Center and Mission Critical Commissioning (Cx) group is looking for a seasoned Cx Project Manager to join our team to support our growth in the US and Canada data center market. This position will manage Cx projects inclusive of Greenfield builds, existing facility expansions, and restorations, with projects ranging in size from 1MW &ndash; 25MW+. This role can be home based anywhere in the US if agreed between candidate and JLL, and candidate has access to a major airport.
Position Responsibilities and Requirements:<ul><li>
Possess strong fluency with the mission critical commissioning processes and deliverables covered in ASHRAE commissioning requirements and guidelines.</li><li>
Expertise in planning and executing quality assessment of electrical and/or mechanical equipment/systems installation, system startup and pre-functional inspections, acceptance testing and associated commissioning activities.</li><li>
Demonstrated successful experience coordinating directly with General Contractors, sub-contractors, inspectors, AHJs, Engineer of Record, and other stakeholders involved with the project execution for small, medium and large-scale critical facility construction and commissioning projects.</li><li>
Manage all facets of Commissioning related projects by providing exceptional technical and project management services. In addition, the candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong management and technical leadership throughout the design, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases of projects.</li><li>
Liaise with internal team members, outside consultants and contractors to lead cross functional teams on data center or mission critical commissioning projects.</li><li>
Protect JLL&rsquo;s contractual position and ensure our work meets contracted requirements.</li><li>
Develop or manage the development of Commissioning Plans and Commissioning Specifications.</li><li>
Develop, publish and manage the project Commissioning plan from design phase through project completion.</li><li>

Qualifications
<ul><li>A minimum of 10 years of relevant, mission critical commissioning focused, project management experience.</li><li>
An ABET accredited engineering or technology degree is preferred but equivalent industry experience is acceptable.</li><li>
Ideally candidate will possess a Commissioning Professional certification from a recognized industry authority.</li><li>
PE and / or PMP designations are considered an asset but not required.</li><li>
Knowledge and experience in testing Utility transformers, UPS systems, Generators and associated automated paralleling switchgear, ATSs and STSs, Fuel Oil systems, PDUs, EPMS, BMS, Chillers, CRAHs, CRACs, AHUs.</li><li>

Manager Field Merchandising Insights and Analytics

<div>Position Purpose:
The Data Scientist is responsible for supporting data science initiatives that drive business profitability, increased efficiencies, improve automation using AI and improved customer experience. This role applies industry-leading Agentic AI capabilities for creatively solve business problems in the Contact Center space. Data Scientists are also responsible for ensuring that developed codes are documented into a library of reusable algorithms. Based on the specific data science team, this role would need to be knowledgeable in one or more data science specializations, such as NLP, Conversational AI, Information Retrieval, Generative AI or search.
