We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Data Products team within our Technology. This is a key role in a fast-paced environment working with teams and stakeholders across the business to drive the development and enhancement of our Data Science and Machine Learning products. In this role, you'll drive the evolution and adoption of our ML Platform, including experiment tracking, model lifecycle management, observability, and feature engineering capabilities that enable data scientists to build, deploy, and monitor models at scale. The applicable salary range for this position is $106,000 - $139,700 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. <div>Position Purpose:
The Machine Learning Engineer II is responsible for joining a product team and contributing to the software design, algorithm design, and overall product lifecycle for a product that our users love. The engineering process is highly collaborative. ML Engineers are expected to pair daily as they work through user stories and support products as they evolve. 
ML Engineers may be involved in designing and implementing AI/ML algorithms to embed directly into software products. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
<ul><li>Spearhead the digital product team to develop and grow digital product, identify opportunities, and build digital solutions.</li><li>
Work with the team to interpret large amounts of data.</li><li>
Work to translate needs of customers into online business opportunities.</li><li>

Partner with business owners and Agile product teams to build product roadmaps to be incorporated into the broader company product portfolio plan.</li><li>
Develop and implement data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data into an information product.</li><li>
Work on managing, storing, processing, and analyzing large data sets to identify business opportunities and efficiencies.</li><li>
Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources.</li><li>
Manage the product roadmap and backlog for all digital products. Oversee and manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.</li><li>
Partner with executive teams to identify key capabilities needed as well as to identify potential issues.</li><li>
Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.</li><li>
Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog, ensuring IT delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation.</li><li>
Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation from competitors.</li><li>
Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements.</li></ul>

Who we are looking for</h2>

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required.</li><li>
Three years of experience in digital product management required, including any experience with: back-end and front-end programming languages.</li><li>
Developing data pipelines used to track, analyze, and improve digital product; and crafting product visions (short to long term) and converting those visions into concrete strategies.</li></ul>
Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE.

Product Lifecycle Manager

<div>Position Purpose:
The Sr Machine Learning Engineer is responsible for joining a product team and contributing to the software design, algorithm design, and overall product lifecycle for a product that our users love. The engineering process is highly collaborative. Sr ML Engineers are expected to pair daily as they work through user stories and support products as they evolve. 
ML Engineers may be involved in designing and implementing AI/ML algorithms to embed directly into software products. Activities may include using specific HD process techniques, integration, design, and development. The role could interface with Business Stakeholders, Technology Infrastructure teams, and Development teams to ensure that business requirements are properly met within a machine learning solution. The role may also be involved in performance tuning, testing, and product monitoring. Other responsibilities may include performing customer outreach, designing ML educational material, and data engineering. 
Sr ML Engineers should be able to operate independently though will typically work as part of a team with varying skill levels to create, support, and deploy production applications. This role will review submitted code and provide feedback to improve, based on best practices.

Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Remote)

<div>Position Purpose:
The Analyst, Supplier Ops will drive the process improvement and supplier engagement associated with the rapid assortment expansion of hd.com and subsequent required item troubleshooting. The analyst will be responsible for keeping team projects on-task and within expectations of project timelines, working with Supplier Operations Manager(s) &amp; leadership to prioritize projects and own deliverables of the team.
The role will require the development of the day-to-day relationships with internal and external partners (i.e., Direct Fulfillment Merchants, HD.com business partners, suppliers, etc. to support data initiatives online). There will be work to monitor transformation of data and work with appropriate technology teams to resolve issues relating to incorrect mapping, business rules, and data deviations.
This role is the primary point of contact responsible for a simple and seamless supplier experience in working with Home Depot.com, respective to all aspects of the supplier onboarding. This role manages supplier onboarding execution, troubleshooting/error resolution and analysis on new supplier opportunities. This role will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer service to all Home Depot Suppliers as well as internal partners and will be held accountable to exceptional customer service ratings.
