Distinct accountabilities across EMEA will include:<ul><li>
Campaign Management: Play a key role in helping to design global campaigns, agree target accounts with sales, provide regional adaptations in messaging/content and orchestrating the hand-off of leads to Sales to drive conversion.</li><li>
Business Development Resources/Agency: Working with our global marketing function, you will play a critical role in managing the hand-over of BANT verified leads to your Sales colleagues, supporting them on follow-up and reporting back to the team and agency on the lead quality to ensure maximum ROI.</li></ul><ul><li>
ABM: Joining forces with our global marketing team, as we scale our 1:1, 1:few, 1:many ABM model globally, you will play a critical role in account selection, ABM activation and personalised content.</li><li>
Events: Global, Regional Partner and Industry Events as Curated Experiences: Endava has a significant presence across key partner and industry events globally. For Global events, you will partner with our global team to orchestrate and execute these events in the EMEA region. Client advocacy: As we build positive momentum of externally published client transformation stories, you will help drive integrated client advocacy initiatives, such as client hosted panels, speakers at industry events etc, all aimed to elevate the reputation of our clients and Endava second.</li><li>
Social: Work with our global social media team to drive best practice on local social channels and audience management, supporting the team with local content/stories and drive local amplification with regional sales.</li><li>
Performance Measurement: Track, analyse and report campaign performance using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot. Monitor key performance indicators including: Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Pipeline influenced, Pipeline generated, Opportunity conversion, Event ROI, Campaign engagement. As a team, you will produce regular reports and recommendations for optimisation in real time.</li><li>
Budget &amp; Vendor Management: Manage field/area marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources, managing all spend responsibly. As a team player, you will coordinate external agencies, event suppliers, venues, and marketing partners. Qualifications 
Ideally educated to bachelor&rsquo;s degree level or holds a professional qualification.<ul><li>

The Senior Product Manager plays a key role within the FDP Local Product Team, leading the development and delivery of products that address clinical and operational challenges across NHS organisations, systems and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs). Working within the FDP Product Lifecycle Framework, the post holder will guide products from investigation through pilot to adoption.

Job Purpose<div>
Our product is evolving rapidly, and we are thrilled to announce a new position for a Product Manager to join our Product Team. This role will report to the Head of Product Innovation and work closely with the Product Engineering Team, providing them with specifications of new features and reviewing at various points of the development lifecycle.</div><div></div><div> 
As part of the team defining new strategic areas of feature development, this role will ensure Unily continues to deliver functional value to our customer base. More specifically, this involves prioritisation of features, input into roadmap delivery, owning the creation of user stories for agreed features, oversight of delivery of features in line with initial objectives, and input into delivery messaging.</div> 
Main Responsibilities<div>
The role is not solely responsible for development aspects of features on time and to specification. This is a wider Product Engineering team responsibility that involves different skills and people. Responsibilities will include:</div>

Working with our prospect facing teams (such as Sales and Marketing) to identify new feature opportunities that will keep us ahead of the competition.</li><li>
Working with our Customer Community team to interpret and prioritise community lead developments that will encourage adoption and support customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Prioritising features, taking into consideration all elements of demand including existing customers, new customers, and other factors to contribute to our Product roadmap.</li><li>
Planning, design, and documentation of the functional requirement for new features.</li><li>
Maintaining a good understanding of the market including competition and technology trends that effect our go to market strategy.</li><li>
Continually reviewing the current platform, suggesting areas for improvement and change.</li><li>
Working with cross functional teams including the development teams to review new features along the build cycles, identify issues and suggest improvements.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>

Partnering closely with our Account Executive teams, you will own the top of the funnel- strategically identifying, researching, and hunting prospective customers to uncover and qualify sales-ready opportunities. This is a pure outbound role designed for a high-energy hunter. Given our current growth and the acceleration we're seeing in our business, top performance in this role can lead to upward mobility within our GTM organization quickly.

Our Sales Development team is composed of self-motivated, resilient individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Confident cold calling, personalized email sequences, and creative social selling, combined with the ability to quickly assess complex customer needs, will be critical to your success.
