Roles/Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead requirements gathering (workshops/interviews), document BRDs/user stories, and manage traceability</li><li>Analyze and optimize business processes within P&amp;C Insurance operations and translate needs into functional requirements</li><li>Partner with product owners, SMEs, and engineering teams to clarify scope, acceptance criteria, and priorities</li><li>Support UAT planning and execution, defect triage, and business signoffs.</li><li>Produce stakeholder communications, status updates, and maintain functional documentation</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong Business Analysis expertise with P&amp;C Insurance domain exposure</li><li>Requirements elicitation, documentation, stakeholder management, UAT support (aligned to BA role)</li></ul>
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $ 89,100- $ 140,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant&rsquo;s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant&rsquo;s applicable plans.
