POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Clinical Informatics (the Director) will provide leadership in the ongoing evolution of MLK Community Healthcare&rsquo;s (MLKCH) clinical systems and related technologies. The Director will manage the day-to-day operations of the Health Clinical Informatics and Clinical Education teams, system wide.
The Director will not be passive leader; but rather, proactively partner with physicians, clinicians, senior leaders, management, ancillary departments and others (Stakeholders) to develop clinical system strategies based on knowledge of patient care, federal and state regulations and programs, informatics concepts, industry trends, and technology innovation. The Director will also serve as a liaison between Stakeholders and the Health Information Technology (Health IT) department to design clinical workflow, processes, and policies that leverage the functionality available in clinical systems. Consequently, it is essential for the Director to be skilled at building relationships and collaborating with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership<ul><li>
Develops and maintains collaborative and advisory relationships with Stakeholders.</li><li>
Serves as the strategic liaison between Stakeholders and Health IT leadership to ensure that clinical technology solutions support the strategic goals of nursing, ancillary, and other clinical departments.</li><li>
Collaborates with Stakeholders in planning and designing workflow to support health system expansion and growth, including new service lines, new care delivery models, construction, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.</li><li>

﻿The Role:
The Community Marketing Manager will own and run the Sunbeast Community - a platform for associates at merchant locations that offer Sunbit. This is a hands-on community management role focused on day-to-day Community engagement, fostering connection, and keeping Sunbeasts informed, supported, and inspired. The ideal candidate is equal parts community builder, forum moderator, content creator, and strategic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
What You&rsquo;ll Own:<ul><li>
Build the strategy for our new Community platform from the ground up - including segmentation, content calendar, and ongoing engagement campaigns</li><li>
Own the day-to-day management of the Sunbeast App community</li><li>
Create and post content that sparks conversation and keeps Sunbeasts engaged while moderating discussions, responding to questions, and encouraging participation</li><li>
Facilitate meaningful interaction among Sunbeasts by encouraging discussion, sharing best practices, spotlighting wins, and responding to questions or feedback</li><li>
Organize community programs like webinars, challenges, or virtual events and build content and resources to support these programs and engagement</li><li>
Track engagement metrics (participation, activity, growth), iterate on and optimize what&rsquo;s working, and tie engagement metrics back to business goals</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Strategy, Marketing, and Account Management teams to drive consistent messages, collect feedback and share insights, and have a cohesive message shared across platforms</li></ul> 
Requirements:

4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on community management, or a related role</li><li>
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse merchant and Sunbeast audiences</li><li>
Experience managing large B2B communities and creating and executing marketing campaigns, that drive engagement and participation</li><li>
Familiarity with social and community platforms (e.g., in-app engagement tools, social media, or CRM-driven communication systems)</li><li>
