Job Purpose / Basic Function:The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and maintaining all company and project documentation in an organized and efficient manner, ensuring proper filing, tracking, and retrieval of both soft and hard copy documents. The role includes handling and updating CRM systems (such as Suite CRM/ERP), maintaining accurate records of client communications, quotations, contracts, and reports, and ensuring all data is up to date.
