Job Description:
Document Controller

Parsons is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of document control and project documentation, ensuring proper distribution, tracking, and retrieval of project documents throughout all project phases.
What You'll Be Doing:<ul><li>
Managing document control processes from project initiation through to close-out, ensuring documents are properly tracked, updated, and archived.</li><li>
Scanning and electronically distributing documents as PDF digital copies to designated recipients, and uploading them to the client Contract Management System.</li><li>
Maintaining a hard copy reference library for all project documentation to ensure quick and easy retrieval of information.</li><li>
Utilizing the latest version of Primavera Contract Management to control and update the status of contract documents.</li><li>
Preparing, registering, and tracking various documents such as correspondence, reports, payment requisitions, variation orders, site instructions, punch lists, and NCRs in Primavera Contract Management.</li><li>
Tracking and updating the status of submittals, safety reports, RFCs, site minutes of meetings, progress photographs, contract issues, and drawings.</li><li>
Producing regular reports on outstanding actions and responses on correspondence through Primavera Contract Management.</li></ul>
What Required Skills You'll Bring:<ul><li>
Diploma or specialized training in Primavera Contract Management, or similar software.</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, with at least 3 years using EDMS (preferably Primavera Contract Management).</li><li>
Extensive experience in document control throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to close-out, using integrated project services functions.</li><li>
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong technical writing and communication skills.</li><li>
Proficient computer skills with experience in managing electronic documentation systems.</li><li>
Preferably at least 3 years of experience working in the Gulf region.</li><li>
Ability to manage concurrent projects and handle large volumes of documentation in a structured and organized manner.</li><li>
Experience in producing detailed reports and tracking documents to ensure compliance and meeting deadlines.</li></ul>

 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 The Finance Manager is responsible for maintaining a strong accounting, financial reporting, and operational control environment to safeguard company assets, enhance profitability, and mitigate business risks. The role oversees key finance shared service functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Income Audit, Night Audit, Credit Management, Bank Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Transactions.
 
 
 The Finance Manager ensures accurate and timely financial operations, supports statutory and management reporting, drives process improvements, and provides leadership to the finance team. The role also plays a key part in stakeholder communication with property leadership, owners, auditors, customers, and internal departments to ensure financial discipline, compliance, and operational efficiency.

 Communicate daily with stakeholders to resolve finance-related matters and support business operations.

 Work closely with operations teams on financial escalations, revenue concerns, billing disputes, credit issues, and cost control matters.

Job Description</h2>
SEGULA Technologies is seeking experienced HSE Officers/Safety Officers to support health, safety and environmental compliance on a major rail and transport infrastructure project in Lusail.
Reporting to the Project HSE Manager, the successful candidates will monitor site activities, enforce approved safety procedures and help prevent accidents, injuries, occupational illnesses and environmental incidents.
This is a site-based operational safety position requiring regular interaction with workers, supervisors, subcontractors and project-management teams.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Implement and monitor the approved project HSE plan, policies and procedures.</li><li>

Additional Information</h2>

All selected personnel must successfully complete the applicable medical, site-access and railway-network safety training before commencing work.
Employment and mobilisation remain subject to final project award, document verification, medical fitness and client approval. The original requirement covers three EHS Safety Officers and requires NEBOSH IGC with a minimum of three to five years of relevant project experience.</div></div>
