Project Management Engineer

Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate the project's computerized system and coordinate with all persons in charge involved,</li><li>Run the office efficiently and safely,</li><li>Provide administrative support to Site Managers and departments,</li><li>Handle office correspondences, records, and reports,</li><li>Provide high level of customer service to the customers and resolve their complaints,</li><li>Coordinate with the Accountants and head office administration on daily basis,</li><li>Assisting with office needs (faxing, scanning, printing, etc.),</li><li>Maintaining database, reports, files and organize records,</li><li>Answering phone/mobile calls, takes and distributes messages,</li><li>Prepare memos, letters, labels, envelopes, documents, reports, etc. under the supervision of Project Manager,</li><li>Issue requisitions and follow up for office supplies and maintains inventory,</li><li>Maintain a positive attitude with all the team and good public relations,</li><li>Manage office cleaning and good appearance &ndash; coordinate with the cleaning service,</li><li>Follow and maintain the quality assurance guidelines &amp; document control (document references, index, etc.),</li><li>Assisting with presentations, minutes of meeting, and all follow up with clients,</li><li>Keep all records confidential and take the necessary backup on daily basis,</li><li>Fill all Client necessary forms and applications, and maintaining professional filing system,</li><li>Assisting in generating all kind of reports to Company and Client as requested as per the per time table,</li><li>Duties may be assigned on any shift of the day.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Degree in Business Management or equivalent,</li><li>At least 3 years experience in Administration and the same position,</li><li>Customer service skills,</li><li>Secretarial and organisation skills,</li><li>Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office,</li><li>Language Skills: English, Arabic is a plus,</li><li>Qatar driving license is a plus,</li><li>Able to join immediately.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,300.00 - QAR3,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Customer Service: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>
