 you will respond/report to the
 
 Lead DCC / Project Control Manager
 
 and be part of
 
 our company&rsquo;s various projects
 
 within the

 Mission

 Execute document management workflow both in Home Office, Construction sites and Fabrication Yards in accordance with methods and procedure and using Saipem's tools

 Organize and update Document Registers (both Saipem and Vendors) and Master Data List activities
 </li>

 Check quality of document list status, workflows, internal distribution, transmittals, etc.

 Check formal quality of the documents before uploading into EDMS
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure tempestive submission and receipt of documents and proper archiving
 </li>
 <li>
 Upload documentation and transmittal to EDMS
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in vendor documentation management
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in system management of Client / Vendor comments and related responses
 </li>
 <li>
 Upload Project Templates and Contractual Documentation into the system
 </li>
 <li>
 Control or assist in workflows management and document distribution
 </li>
 <li>
 Control or assist in linking document to activities, to purchase request/order, to plant structure, etc.
 </li>

 Control documentation formal correctness
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Project Manager and the Risk Owners in minimizing risk impacts and maximizing opportunities identified within the Project
 </li>

 Support in defining, organizing and managing the Final Project documents handover to the Client

 Education

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline (Equivalent professional experience in EPC project environments may be considered)

 Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Document Control Coordinator (DCC) or Project Document Controller within Oil &amp; Gas, EPC, or large multidisciplinary projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience supporting engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases of EPC projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience managing Client and Vendor documentation in compliance with contractual and project requirements
 
 
 </li>

 Proficient in English (written and spoken)

 Experience in managing document interfaces across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Vendors
