Job Description 
Under general supervision performs skilled electrical work in connection with the installation, maintenance, repair and alteration of electrical systems under 600 volts, machinery and equipment; may exercise work direction over craftsmen involved in such work; and performs related duties as required.
Requires responsibility for: print reading, installing, maintaining, testing and repairing electrical equipment; inspecting and repairing generating equipment; cutting, bending and installing rigid conduit, electrical metallic tubing (EMT) and pulling conductors; setting up and using ladders, staging, aerial lift trucks and light towers, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). May involve work with high voltage (277 Volt - 480 Volt) equipment and installation, maintenance, testing and repair of traffic signal equipment. Nature of work involves physical effort and dexterity in the use of fingers, limbs and body; exposure to hazardous environments where injuries may be encountered.
MAJOR, IMPORTANT, AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
According to Civil Service Commission Rule 109, the duties specified below are representative of the range of duties assigned to this job code/class and are not intended to be an inclusive list.
1. Installs, maintains, tests and repairs electrical distribution systems and devices such as lighting, power circuits, fixtures, transformers, programmable logical controls (PLC), Direct Digital Controls (DDC), motors, motor controls, process controls, auxiliary lighting systems, life safety systems, electronic controls, relays, regulators, branch circuit breakers, main distribution circuit breakers, irrigation control systems, and other related electrical equipment which may be in confined spaces.
2. Inspects and repairs generating equipment and UPS (uninterrupted power supply) and its auxiliary accessories.
3. Cuts, bends and installs rigid conduit, electrical metallic tubing (EMT) and pulls current carrying conductors.
4. Erects and uses ladders, scaffolds, manlifts, staging, aerial lift trucks and light towers.
5. Communicates via two-way radios and telephones.
6. May install, maintain, test and repair traffic signal equipment.
7. Prepares and submits reports for time, and material used reports on work accomplished.
8. Inspects, tests and repairs emergency generator transfer switches and automatic dispatch lighting systems.
IMPORTANT AND ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of: various types of electrical equipment and methods of installation and of the tools, materials and equipment necessary to the maintenance and repair of such installations; of electrical codes in the National Electrical Code, San Francisco Electrical Code, local codes, General Order 95 and California state electrical safety orders; of existing safety codes, ordinances and regulations.
Ability and Skill to: read drawings, ladder diagrams, schematics, sketches and blueprints; inspect equipment, perform routine maintenance and identify, correct and report electrical problems; oral and written communication skills; mathematical skills to do simple arithmetic computations and basic algebra. Requires considerable skill in the use and handling of electrical equipment and tools used in the electrical trade. 
Qualifications 
Education: Completion of a recognized Apprenticeship program (Inside Wireman Apprenticeship).
Experience: One (1) year of journey level electrician experience.
License and Certification: Possession of a valid California (Class C) driver license.
Substitution:
Additional experience as a journey level electrician may be substituted for the required electrician apprenticeship on a year-for-year basis.
Six years of inside wireman experience equivalent to journey-level as defined by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers may be substituted for the required experience.

The hardest part of bringing AI into a contractor's operations isn't the software &mdash; it's getting the people at the desk and in the field confident enough to trust it and use it well. This role owns that.
It's a two-sided job, and both sides run on AI. You'll teach our customers how to use a product that is itself AI-native &mdash; and you'll use AI to build the training, spot where customers get stuck, and generate documentation faster than a traditional education team ever could.
It's a foundational, build-from-scratch role: instead of following a playbook, you'll write it. This Role</h2>
We're looking for a Video Producer to act as our in-house production team, starting as a team of one, embedded, fast, and close to the team. You'll conceive, shoot, edit, and publish short and long-form video, owning the process from start to finish before handing it off for distribution. Over time, there's room for the function to grow into a small production team, as the work demands it.

The Role</h2>
We&rsquo;re hiring an AI Customer Strategy Lead to get customers live on our platform and make it deliver real value in their business.
This is the work that turns a signed contract into a customer who runs their front office on our platform. You&rsquo;ll own the rollout end to end: understand how each business operates, configure and launch the platform to fit it, drive adoption across the front office and technicians, and prove the impact in the customer&rsquo;s own numbers. You won&rsquo;t do it alone &mdash; you&rsquo;ll partner closely with our forward-deployed engineers, who handle the deep technical build while you own the customer, the configuration, and the outcome. You&rsquo;ll do this across a portfolio of customers at once, and you&rsquo;ll help shape the playbook and delivery model that let us do it well at scale.
The best person for this has done implementation or deployment before at a company where getting customers live and adopting was the product. This is hands-on transformation work &mdash; you own the rollout and the outcome, not a set of recommendations. You understand SMB operators, you&rsquo;re comfortable in the data, and you measure yourself by whether the customer is genuinely better off. It&rsquo;s an early, high-ownership role with real room to grow as we scale.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2><ul><li>
Own the rollout. Take customers from signed to fully live on the platform &mdash; scoping, configuration, launch, and adoption across the front office, technicians, and locations.</li><li>
Learn the business first. Understand how each customer actually operates, then set up the platform to fit the way they work.</li><li>
Drive adoption and value. Make sure customers are using the platform deeply and getting real results &mdash; and quantify it in hard numbers (ROI, revenue, conversion, labor savings).</li><li>
Manage a portfolio. Run multiple customer rollouts at once, keeping each on track to go-live and to value.</li><li>
Be the customer&rsquo;s trusted partner. Build the relationship, run the day-to-day, and turn frontline results into reporting their leadership trusts.</li><li>
Partner with engineering. Work hand in hand with our forward-deployed engineers &mdash; they handle the deep technical build, you own the customer, the configuration, and the outcome.</li><li>
Influence the playbook and delivery model. Turn what works in the field into repeatable practices that shape how we deliver the platform as we scale.</li><li>
Feed the field back to Product. Turn what you learn on the ground into signal that shapes the roadmap and how we deliver.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h2><ul><li>
4&ndash;8+ years in implementation, onboarding, deployment, or platform migration at a high-growth software or ops-heavy company (e.g., ServiceTitan, Toast, Rippling, or similar).</li><li>
Also a fit: technology-transformation or systems-implementation consulting (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture) where you ran the rollout rather than advised, or an engineering/technical background you&rsquo;ve turned toward customers and business outcomes.</li><li>
A track record of getting customers live and adopting &mdash; ideally across a portfolio, and ideally with SMB or multi-location operators.</li><li>
Measurable impact you can point to: adoption, retention, time-to-value, revenue, or operational improvement you drove through execution.</li><li>
Customer obsession. You measure yourself by whether the customer is better off, and you do what it takes.</li><li>
Comfort in the data yourself &mdash; you can pull the numbers, show the impact, and tell the story.</li><li>
Strong presence with both senior leaders and frontline operators; you can earn a shop owner&rsquo;s trust as easily as an executive&rsquo;s.</li><li>
An AI-native mindset. You use AI tools daily and have strong intuition for how AI reshapes the way a business runs.</li><li>
