Position Summary

The Banquet Bartender at the Beacon Grand is responsible for delivering refined, efficient, and anticipatory bar service for all banquet and event venues. This role supports weddings, galas, corporate meetings, and social functions by crafting beverages to standard, engaging guests with polished hospitality, and ensuring bar operations reflect the hotel&rsquo;s luxury service standards.

<li>Accurately follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for bar setup, specialty cocktails, wine service, premium selections, and hosted/cash bar arrangements</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of consumption, cash and credit transactions, and reconciliations at the end of each event or shift</li>

Qualifications
