 The estimated base salary range for this job is $70,000- $90,000. Responsibilities<ul><li>
Conduct transaction monitoring programs that merge traditional trade practice and surveillance techniques with enhanced digital asset forensics.</li><li>
Independently review and disposition alerts generated from blockchain analytics tools and surveillance systems.</li><li>
Prepare clear, defensible case documentation and concise escalation materials.</li><li>
Support suspicious activity investigations into digital asset transactions and regulatory reporting.</li><li>
Lead the research and analysis of AML/KYC and customer due diligence risk ratings during customer onboarding.</li><li>
Assist in translating regulatory requirements into practical monitoring procedures.</li><li>
Support regulatory examinations and inquiries.</li><li>
Provide guidance to business operations on emerging risks and regulatory impacts.</li></ul> 
Knowledge and Experience<ul><li>
4+ years experience in financial services compliance, digital assets AML, financial crime investigations, or related roles</li><li>
Educated to degree level</li><li>
High familiarity of financial markets, digital asset infrastructure, and FinCEN/BSA regulations</li><li>
Excellent communication skills in English and must possess strong report writing skills including the ability to apply independent thought and analysis</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced deadline driven environment</li><li>

Illinois Base Salary Range
The expected base salary for this role, if located in Illinois, is between $92,700 &ndash; 123,600 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange&rsquo;s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
