RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Responsible to liaise with client and Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOECC) to develop and implement an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) that specifies the resources and procedures of the Environmental Management to ensure the effective, efficient, and delivery of the Works. The EMP shall apply across labour camps, transportation, and resources, off-site storage, and the like.</li><li>Ensure that the works are compliant with local legislation and the Applicable Codes and Standards.
