JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking for an Events Executive specialize in selling, planning and organizing corporate events, conferences, and special occasions, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned to exceed client expectations. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Being able to handle independently events of different segments (social, corporate and outside caterings)</li><li>
Preparing proposals, contracts, BEOs, maintaining records, and generating reports related to events.</li><li>
Handling any issues or challenges that arise before or during events, such as last-minute changes, technical difficulties, or guest complaints.</li><li>
Sales and revenue generation by promoting event services, negotiating contracts, and maximizing revenues while meeting the needs of clients within budget constraints.</li><li>
Ensuring that guests attending events at the hotel have a positive experience by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.</li></ul> 
QUALIFICATIONS &amp; COMPETENCIES:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree</li><li>
Proven experience (2+ years) in Events Sales and Planning, preferably in a corporate environment.</li><li>
Arabic speaker, preferrably female</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Proficiency in event management software</li><li>
