1. Reporting &amp; Analytics<ul><li>
Develop, manage, and automate daily dashboards and performance reports</li></ul>
tracking KPIs such as revenue, transaction volume, and partner performance
across product lines and geographic regions.<ul><li>
Prepare detailed monthly closing reports for internal use and partner distribution,</li></ul>

<div>AML / CFT Expert
Background
The Revenue Mobilisation, Investment and Trade (REMIT) programme (2021&ndash;2027), funded by the UK&rsquo;s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and implemented by Adam Smith International (ASI), provides technical assistance to the Government of Pakistan to strengthen macroeconomic stability, enhance governance systems, and improve conditions for sustainable economic growth.
A central component of this support is the implementation of the Prime Minister&rsquo;s Economic Governance Reforms (PM-EGR), a comprehensive, time-bound reform programme approved on 31 December 2025. The PM-EGR spans 15 priority reform areas and 141 action items and is recognised as a Structural Benchmark under the IMF Extended Fund Facility (EFF).
A key reform area under PM-EGR focuses on strengthening anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and countering financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) frameworks, aimed at improving financial integrity, reducing illicit financial flows, and enhancing transparency and accountability across institutions.
To support implementation, a Technical Unit (TU) has been established within the Ministry of Finance to serve as the central coordination, analytical, and reporting hub, alongside structured Policy Dialogue mechanisms (Economic Reform Conferences) to review progress and support reform course correction.
Activity Context
Pakistan has made significant progress in strengthening its AML/CFT regime, including institutional reforms, legislative amendments, and improved coordination mechanisms. However, key challenges remain, including:<ul><li>

Job Summary
The AML/CFT Expert will provide senior technical expertise on anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and financial integrity reforms under PM-EGR.
The role will support reform design, policy dialogue processes, and implementation guidance, ensuring that AML/CFT reforms are effectively integrated into broader governance and anti-corruption frameworks and aligned with international best practices.

 is responsible to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of security controls across Jazz's telecom core, signaling infrastructure, and cloud-native NFVI/5G environments.
 
 
 This role is critical in protecting the organization against evolving threats targeting SS7/Diameter signaling, 4G EPC, and 5G Service-Based Architecture (SBA), while ensuring secure adoption of virtualization and cloud-native network functions.
 
 
 The role reports directly to the Manager Architecture &amp; Cloud Security with an extended team of 15 team members.

The Counterterrorism Program Advisor provides expert support in all matters related to civilian counterterrorism capacity building assistance in Pakistan. This role is responsible for assisting client managers with the planning, management, coordination, oversight, monitoring, and reporting of counterterrorism programming. The program advisors activities include civilian capacity building across the spectrum of counterterrorism criminal justice&mdash;encompassing law enforcement, prosecutorial, judicial, and corrections sectors. This role serves as a critical liaison, ensuring diligent stewardship and effective execution of assistance initiatives in overseas environments.</div><div></div><div>

Key Responsibilities
</div><ul><li>Assist the Government Manager, Team Lead and DC-Based Program Manager in designing, coordinating, managing, and overseeing a comprehensive suite of CT-funded civilian counterterrorism and CVE programming implemented by the client and their partners.</li><li>
Manage the full lifecycle assistance (both NADR and ESF) to include strategic and budget planning, design, coordination, implementation, oversight, monitoring and evaluation, and closeout.
</li><li>Ensure assistance projects meet strategic objectives and foreign assistance priorities set by the embassy.</li><li>
Serve as the Embassies&rsquo; primary point of contact for the coordination of civilian counterterrorism and countering violent extremism programming and related reporting.</li><li>
Provides policy and program analysis and recommendations to programming in their assigned location or region. Such analysis may address a range of issues, including strategy, capacity, budget, training and technical assistance requirements, procurement planning, and/or facilities refurbishment, and reviewing sustainability of investments.</li><li>
Identifies support requirements related to counterterrorism law enforcement and leads the preparation of documentation for procurement of technical services, training, and commodities and the monitoring of procurement actions, including drafting source origin waivers, concept notes, contract and grant solicitations, scopes of work, bilateral letters of agreement, delivery, and acceptance of items procured.</li><li>
Report on programmatic developments in their assigned location or region.</li><li>
Identify and develop key programmatic areas for assistance.</li><li>
Coordinate with other donors to ensure program de-confliction.</li><li>
Liaise with senior host nation counterparts on assistance needs and programs.</li><li>
Liaise with host nation counterparts on training and ensure timely completion of Leahy vetting of participants.</li><li>
Compile monitoring data to inform performance measurement analyses.</li><li>
Monitors training deliveries.</li><li>
Facilitate the Country Team&rsquo;s review and approval of Performance Monitoring Plans and Work Plans as well as other formal project documents.</li><li>
Assist the CT/P&rsquo;s Grants Officer&rsquo;s Representative (GOR) and Contracting Officer&rsquo;s Representative (COR) on select funded programs in the management and monitoring of programs by identifying and reporting on programmatic issues, successes, or areas of opportunities.</li><li>
Help to ensure grantee and/or contractor performance and compliance with requirements in the Statements or Scopes of Work (SOW) and Award Notices.</li><li>
Synchronize efforts with other civilian and military programming.</li><li>
Ensure prompt, clear communication with and between implementers and/or Washington staff on key issues, as appropriate.</li><li>
As assigned by Post, participates in visits by senior officials and serves as an escort or control officer. Arrange the itineraries and logistical support for official visitors.
</li><li>Briefs visiting officials and Embassy staff on the role and the status of funded projects and related initiatives.</li><li>
Prepares background materials, talking points, and reports and other client stakeholders can use in preparing speeches and briefings to articulate programming in their assigned location or region.</li><li>
